Welcome to the ARTESP Open Data Portal ("Portal"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Portal and the data provided herein. By accessing, Browse, or using this Portal and its datasets, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Portal.
1. Purpose of the Portal
The ARTESP Open Data Portal aims to promote transparency, citizen participation, and innovation by providing public access to data related to transportation regulation and associated activities managed by ARTESP.
2. License and Use of Data
All data published on this Portal is considered public unless otherwise indicated and is made available for free use, reproduction, and redistribution under the following conditions:

ARTESP makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the data provided. ARTESP disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
- Limitation of Liability: ARTESP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Portal or data; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Portal; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Any applications, analyses, interpretations, conclusions, or products created by Users based on the data are the sole responsibility of their creators.
6. Intellectual Property
While the data is provided under the terms of the license described in Section 2, all other content on this Portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the overall design and "look and feel" of the Portal, are the property of ARTESP or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Modifications to Terms
ARTESP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Portal following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
